Аннотация
=================

Count Gastone Brilli-Peri was a famous Italian racing driver, born in Montevarchi on March 24, 1893. His racing career started in the early 1920s, with a Grand Prix Fiat, followed by drives in a Steyer and Diatto. Events in which he raced included the Targa Florio and meetings at Montlery. He won the 1925 Italian Grand Prix in an Alfa Romeo P2, securing the inaugural World Manufacturers' Championship title for Alfa Romeo. Known simply as “Brilli,” he also went on to compete with the Talbot team in a 1.5 litre straight eight car during 1929, but was killed during practice for the Tripoli Grand Prix in March 1930. His incredible story is told here, illustrated with a super selection of period racing photographs including coverage of Delage and Bugatti. Two other drivers careers of the roaring twenties Serboli Roberto and Raphael Toti are also included in the book.

Может быть, кто-то знает про автора, Владимира Вершинина?
Отмечу что он сам также выступил в роли издателя.
Может быть, есть такая книга и на русском?
